The Glenlivet 12 Year Old
Egg White or Aquafaba (Optional)
- Build in shaker.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into glass.
How to drink a Whisky Sour
A Whisky Sour is served ‘up’ meaning it’s not traditionally served over ice. Instead, the mixture is shaken until chilled before being strained into a rocks glass. But if you want ice, have ice. It’s your Whisky Sour after all.
