The Glenlivet 12 Year Old
Pear Eau de Vie
Egg White or Vegan Foamer
Ripe Fig for Garnish
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice to build a bubble matrix with the egg white.
- Once a frothy texture has been achieved add ice and shake hard to chill.
- Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with a quarter of a ripe fig.
