The Glenlivet has been setting new standards since 1824. Our founder, George Smith, was a curious and original spirit who seized the opportunity to innovate, progress forward and make his mark on history. In the lead up to our 200 year anniversary in 2024, we invited artists from across the globe to submit their BOLD and ORIGINAL designs for our limited edition commemorative pack.
We asked for an original spin on The Glenlivet story, encouraging artists to showcase their creativity and originality through a contemporary design that honours our past and embraces our future.
We’ve narrowed it down to 4 designs, and now it’s over to The Glenlivet community to vote on which design they would like to see on our 200-year anniversary limited edition pack available in 2024. Vote for your favourite below – remember, you only get to vote once!

The Artist Says:
I like to think of it as ‘juicy, modern minimalism’; I sought to mix different elements of history in a modern, fresh way, without being too complicated and busy. I wanted to combine all elements of the brand from past centuries to modern day. Intertwined is an abstract golden ribbon symbolizing the timeline moving through the centuries.

My artistic style is a mix of vibrant colors in high contrast with the presence of striking lines. This is based on references from comics, rock posters, pop culture and record covers. My design for The Glenlivet 200th anniversary was a quest to represent the bicentennial tradition with the modernity and style of youth. Combining the classic with the contemporary.

I prefer to work with a more illustrative style that includes plenty of hand drawings. I love defined strong outlines and pay a lot of attention to the colors. The design tells a story from barley growing, to the whisky being made and bottled at the distillery, to arriving on the store shelf, all ending with a whisky glass served at a party.
