Move over espresso martini, scotch has entered the dessert cocktail chat. This chocolate coffee and whisky cocktail recipe adds the coveted cold foam for extra indulgence.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old
2 Parts
Hot Coffee
5 Parts
Hot Cacao Powder Mix
2 Parts

METHOD

  1. Make coffee.
  2. Pour coffee in a wine glass and combine with The Glenlivet and hot cacao powder mix.
  3. Whisk to combine.
  4. Top with cold foam.*

*Cold Foam: Add milk and simple syrup to a pitcher or narrow jar. Fully submerge the milk frother and froth for 15-20 seconds.
