Whisky Sour

Made with four simple ingredients, The Glenlivet Whisky Sour is a classic for a reason. A balance of sweet and acidic, with the complex vanilla, fruit, and marzipan spice flavors of The Glenlivet 12 Year Old, this version is a crowd-pleaser.

The whisky sour involves a two-step shaking process to create the drink's signature froth. Starting with a "dry shake," where everything is shaken together without ice, aerates the egg white and fully incorporates all the ingredients. After the dry shake, shake with fresh ice until chilled and strain to filter out any shards of ice. If you don’t want to use egg white, feel free to substitute with equal parts aquafaba (chickpea water).
