Pumpkin Spice Whisky

The Glenlivet and DAVIDSTEA have partnered to bring you a rich and cozy pumpkin spiced whisky cocktail this autumn. The perfect drink to savour over cold nights by the fireplace.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old
30 ml
Pumpkin Crème Brûlée
1 sachet
Hot Water
170 ml
Maple Syrup (or Brown Sugar)
0.25 tsp
Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Concentrate
170 ml
Orange Slice and Rind
Cinnamon Powder (or Cinnamon Stick)
1
Orange Bitters (optional)
2 dashes

METHOD

  1. Steep the Pumpkin Crème Brûlée in hot water (95°C | 200°F) for 5+ minutes.
  2. Remove sachet and stir in maple syrup or brown sugar.
  3. Pour in The Glenlivet 12 Year Old, then add 1 slice of orange and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
  4. Garnish with orange rind and a dash of cinnamon powder or cinnamon stick.
