Pumpkin Crème Brûlée

Hot Water

170 ml |
Maple Syrup (or Brown Sugar)

Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Concentrate

Orange Slice and Rind
|

Cinnamon Powder (or Cinnamon Stick)

Orange Bitters (optional)

METHOD
- Steep the Pumpkin Crème Brûlée in hot water (95°C | 200°F) for 5+ minutes.
- Remove sachet and stir in maple syrup or brown sugar.
- Pour in The Glenlivet 12 Year Old, then add 1 slice of orange and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
- Garnish with orange rind and a dash of cinnamon powder or cinnamon stick.
