Cask: Fully Matured in First Fill Sherry Butts and First Fill American Oak Barrels
Nose: Rich flavours of sunkissed orchard fruits, with a hint of tropical notes
Finish: Floral notes, smooth and sweet fruit notes of fresh peaches and pears in syrup, vanilla
Finish: Lavish marzipan, fragrant honey and freshly picked hazelnuts

Cask: Fully Finished in Ex-Peated Casks
Nose: Ripe pear and crisp apple, citrus zest, whisper of smoke
Flavour: Fruity, with pleasant smoky aromas of bonfire embers. Tangy marmalade, creamy vanilla toffee
Finish: Long and piquant with intriguing layers of delicate smoke
