Maple Whisky Sour
Put a sweet twist on a classic cocktail with the Maple Whisky Sour. Naturally sweet maple syrup balances the sour lemon tang, warmed with the smooth, creamy notes of The Glenlivet Founders Reserve. It's so good you'll want to pour it on your pancakes – or at least sip it alongside them over brunch.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old

50 ml |
Lemon Juice
|
25 ml |
Maple Syrup
|
15 ml |
Egg White/20ml Aquafaba (Optional)

METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with Cubed Ice.
- Shake.
- Double Strain into Rocks Glass over Cubed Ice OR a Chilled Coupe without ice.
- Garnish with a Zest of Lemon.
- Serve.
METHOD WITH EGG WHITE / AQUAFABA
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without Ice.
2. Shake vigorously to emulsify.
3. Open the shaker, add ice and shake again.
4. Double Strain into Rocks Glass over Cubed Ice OR a Chilled Coupe without ice.
5. Garnish with a Zest of Lemon.
6. Serve.
