Chef Michelle Palazzo
In New York City, Le Café du Whisky featured a culinary collaboration with acclaimed pastry chef Michelle Palazzo of Frenchette Bakery. Inspired by The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition, Palazzo reimagined a classic French pastry through a Provençal and Scottish lens to create the Tarte au Pêche.
Designed to bring the whisky’s French-inspired character to life, the Tarte au Pêche incorporated The Glenlivet 12 Provence Edition into a Scotch-infused peach jam. Its lush fruit character mirrored the whisky’s notes of white peach, nectarine, pear and bright citrus, transforming the sun-drenched character of Provence Edition into a culinary experience celebrating the flavors of both Provence and Speyside.
SCOTCH WITH A JE NE SAIS QUOI
