THE GLENLIVET X

Chef Michelle Palazzo

Debuting in New York City, Le Café du Whisky will showcase a new culinary collaboration with acclaimed pastry chef Michelle Palazzo of Frenchette Bakery, running through October. Inspired by The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition, Palazzo has reimagined a classic French pastry through a Provençal and Scottish lens to create the Tarte au Pêche.

Designed to bring the whisky’s French-inspired character to life, the Tarte au Pêche incorporates The Glenlivet 12 Provence Edition into a Scotch-infused peach jam, offering a subtle expression of the whisky’s vibrant flavor profile in every bite. Its lush fruit character mirrors the whisky’s notes of white peach, nectarine, pear, and bright citrus, transforming the sun-drenched character of Provence Edition into an indulgent culinary experience that celebrates the flavors of both Provence and Speyside.

SCOTCH WITH A JE NE SAIS QUOI

Two centuries of Scottish craft. One rather elegant French-inspired flourish. Inspired by Provence’s sunlit flavors and slower pace, this limited edition brings a new perspective to our 12 year old single malt. Smooth, elegant and just a little more inclined to linger.

Pour, pause, and add a little more finesse to your next whisky serve.
