Sherry Side Kick
If you're looking for winter cocktail ideas, try the Sherry Side Kick, a delicious hybrid of a Sidecar and a Cameron’s Kick.
The idea is a short, nutty sour mixing whisky and sherry. This plays with the flavour notes of mandarins and raisins on the palate. Palo Cortado gives a funky nuttiness, almond plays further with stone fruit, and Barrel Aged Bitters (Fee Brothers) gives wintery, cinnamon & clove notes when mixed with The Glenlivet Captain's Reserve whisky.
