Butter up your guests

Your guests won’t know what’s hit them when you serve up perfectly-cooked meat or veg basted with hot sauce-infused butter.

Step 1: Melt your Butter

Step 2: Add your hot sauce

Step 3: Mix until combined

Step 4: Baste with a clean Basting Brush, or simply drizzle over.

 

UP YOUR DRIZZLING GAME

A refreshing take on the vinaigrette, a dash of hot sauce dials up the flavour of any salad.

Step 1: Start with a good Olive Oil

The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
50 ml
Chilled Pineapple Juice
37.5 ml
Lime Wedges

Simple Syrup
12.5 ml
Mint Leaves

METHOD

  1. Combine simple syrup, lime and mint within shaker. Muddle.
  2. Add whisky and ice. Shake and pour into glass.
  3. Top with chilled pineapple juice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint.
