Simple Syrup

Egg White

Lemon Juice

METHOD
- Combine all ingredients except wine in a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 5 seconds.
- Add ice and shake 15–20 seconds and double strain into glass.
- Slowly pour in red wine to create a purple layer.
