A fresh, British-style Julep. The idea is to showcase the versatility of both scotch as a category, and also the profile of The Glenlivet Captain's Reserve. Green cardamom gives a warm, North African spice, and classic orchard apples and fresh mint with a hint of dry pear complete the cocktail. This is aimed at bourbon drinkers, also summer BBQ-style events, and the 8:4:2:1 ratio is memorable.
- 60ml The Glenlivet Captain’s Reserve
- 30ml fresh red apple juice
- 15ml green cardamom syrup
- 7.5ml poire William Mint
- Build and churn in a julep tin. Garnish with mint sprigs and cardamom pods.
