The Ponoma Sour

The whisky sour has been a staple drink in bars around the world for more than a century.
Ingredients:
  • 40 ml The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve
  • 20 ml Ponoma Apple Liqueur
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml egg white
  • Dash sugar syrup
  • Dash Angostura bitters
Method:
  • Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  • Strain into an Old Fashioned glass and garnish with an apple crisp.
