The Rob Roy

This classic cocktail was created in 1894 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City.

It’s a Manhattan made with Scotch whisky instead of Canadian rye or bourbon. It can be enjoyed at almost any time of day or night and makes a particularly good aperitif.

  • 60 ml The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve
  • 30 ml Carpano Antica Formula
  • 2 dashes Scrappy's Seville Orange Bitters
  • 2 dashes Scrappy's Aromatic Bitters
  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass and stir, adding a cherry or twist of orange as a garnish.
