The Glenlivet Gathering
Against the backdrop of some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, The Glenlivet will throw open its doors to a limited number of guests for a weekend of extraordinary festivities. Highlights of this memorable journey to Scotland will include a wide range of experiences in the magnificent Scottish Highlands, planned to perfection by The Glenlivet.
To kick off this memorable weekend, guests will gather together for a twilight cocktail party on the platform of the Strathspey Railway Station. Guests will then embark on an exciting excursion into Scotland's breathtaking Highlands and enjoy a five-course Scottish dinner aboard a classic steam train. Visit the gallery
The Glenlivet Distillery
Guests will have the opportunity to discover some of the time-honored traditions of The Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whisky, as Master Distiller Jim Cryle takes visitors behind previously closed doors of The Glenlivet Distillery. In addition to a personalized tour, attendees of The Gathering will be treated to a private tasting of this extraordinary range of prized single malts.Visit the gallery
Specially Bottled Vintage
Master Distiller Jim Cryle will present a rare vintage from The Glenlivet for his honored guests. This vintage will be bottled exclusively as a gift to The Gathering attendees. Visit the gallery
The Smuggler's Trail
Participants will be offered an opportunity to experience the smuggler's journey through the Highland Hills, where smugglers once made their way under the cover of darkness with their illegal cargo of prized whisky from The Glenlivet. A ranger will lead visitors for a hike along this historic trail that today is only available to special guests of The Glenlivet. Visit the gallery
Traditional Ceilidh (Scottish Party)
Where else can one don a kilt for an evening of kicking up ghillies, but at The Glenlivet Malt Barn where for generations barley was processed to make this extraordinary Scotch. Live Scottish music and traditional cuisine, including the country's renowned Haggis, will be enjoyed as guests perfect their ceilidh dancing well into the night. Visit the gallery
Traditional Sunday Brunch
A special farewell brunch will take place at the famous Aviemore Highland Resort for a proper send-off from this memorable journey. Prepared by the president of the Scottish Chef's Association, guests will have an opportunity to sample some of the Highland's finest cuisine.
Complimentary Kilt
