The Glenlivet took over the top floor of a skyscraper for City Links in Houston, offering free golf, a virtual driving range, an upscale lounge and exclusive evening events hosted by GQ and Esquire magazines. Attendees made optional "greens fee" donations to benefit the American Diabetes Association.
