This Site is owned by Chivas Brothers Limited, Registered Office 111/113 Renfrew Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire PA3 4DY, UK (the "Company"), Registered in Scotland no.: SC268758. To keep things simple, we have referred to the Company as "we" and "us" in the paragraphs that follow.

The purpose of this section is to describe the conditions (the "Terms") that apply to your access to and use of our Site. If you visit us at this Site, and click a flag on our home page to enter the Site, we will assume that you understand and intend these Terms to apply to you in the same way as any signed, written contract.

This Site is hosted for us by Maynard Malone Ltd, 40 – 42 Charterhouse Street, London EC1M 6JN. This Privacy Policy applies to the entire contents of the Site and to any correspondence by e-mail between us (collectively “Electronic Media”).  By clicking on your flag of entry on The Glenlivet website, you are stating that you accept every term of this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable care to comply with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on the Site and to keep details of your order secure but in the absence of our negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of unauthorised third party access to your personal data provided whilst using the Site website.

Subject to your consent we will store your details, where given, in order to e mail you with details of new products and special offers of the Chivas Brothers group of companies of which Chivas Brothers Limited is a member. Chivas Brothers Limited will control the information which you provide during any visit to the Site. When you visit the Site, we recognise only your domain name and not your e-mail address.  We will see your e-mail address only if you fill out a form or send us an e-mail message.
